Quick & Easy - Spicy Tuna & Avocado Rice Bowl

This is a super easy and quick dish to put together, especially when you are pressed for time and hungry as hell. And all you can think of is that you need something very satisfying and filling. Try this dish, it is a deconstructed version of a spicy tuna sushi roll.


All you need is some left over rice, an avocado and a can of tuna to make this delicious & healthy dish.


Ingredients​

  • 1 can Tuna in Brine

  • 1 Avocado

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha

  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • 1 tsp Lime Juice

  • Black Sesame Seeds

  • Rice of your choice

Method

  1. Dice up the avocado. Set aside.

  2. Drain the tuna. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix in mayonnaise, sriracha, sugar and lime juice. Stir the drained tuna into the mayonnaise mixture.

  4. In a serving bowl, scoop some rice , top it with the diced avocado and tuna.

  5. Garnish with black sesame seeds and eat!
