Stir Fried Baby Kai Lan

A quick and simple stir fried greens for any meal.

Serves 4-5
Ingredients
300g Baby Kai Lan
4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
Seasoning
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1 dash of White Pepper Powder
Method
1. Heat a wok over high heat, add in 1 Tbsp cooking oil and fry the chopped garlic for a few seconds without getting it burned. Got to work fast here.
2. Add in the baby Kai Lan followed by the seasoning.
3. Give it a few Stir to mix everything well till Kai Lan is cooked. This should take only about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot.
